Chabad of Bowie aims to provide an inviting and inclusive environment to experience Judaism joyfully. Rabbi Eli and Rebbetzin Mushky Baron, and their 3 young children have moved to Bowie from Brooklyn, NY, and they look forward to working together with the Jewish community to promote Jewish awareness and observance of traditional Judaism in a modern world.

Rabbi Eli has studied in Talmudical academies in New York and France; receiving his rabbinical ordination in 2016, and going on to author and translate rabbinic training works for various academies. He has engaged in Jewish enhancement and outreach throughout his life, in New York and France, and a summer traveling throughout the state of Kansas.

Mushky grew up and studied in Chicago. She earned her teacher’s degree majoring in Judaic studies at Beit Chana in Tzefat, Israel. She has engaged in teaching and guiding children in various communities throughout the US, and has authored multiple children's books.
